Try a factory reset by holding the 1st and 3rd buttons on the control box for 10 seconds until the light(s) flash. Then, you will be in factory reset mode and should start the process again in your smart app of choice. This should solve the problem 99% of the time. If this still does not work, contact us at contact@verluce.com and we will get back to you with an email or phone call within a few hours. Most of the time we answer immediately and will call you.

Pucks are more concentrated light in a smaller area, so they should be placed closer together or used in smaller areas. They can be linked together for more pucks, up to 8 on a 24W adapter. The bars spread the light over a longer area, and the flat panels are super-high output and spread the light even better over a wider area.

Yes, absolutely. The only reason why we are not rated higher is due to the USB-C charging port on our products that cannot be submerged underwater. However, the trade-off and ability to “super charge” with a USB-C cord is a better feature for you.
