Most products will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. We offer free shipping over $50 with USPS and/or FEDEX. Our product ship from California, so most shipments will take a standard 3-5 business days. Faster delivery service is available at an additional cost at checkout. You should receive an order conformation upon checkout and a tracking number when shipped to easily track your order progress.

Any product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact us at contact@verluce.com with your order receipt, date of purchase, and contact information including email and phone number. One of our product specialists will contact you immediately to resolve your issues or offer a refund.
