The modern and stylish solar pathway lights have two modes with a built-in PIR light and motion sensor.  First mode is low 50 lumens and turns ON automatically at dusk. The second mode turns on low 50 lumens at dusk, plus high 400 lumens when motion is detected. The motion detector stays ON for 25 seconds then returns to the low setting of 50 lumens. This perfect combination allows for bright lighting on pathways when walking past the lights, yet allows them to stay ON much longer throughout the night.
